The search for purpose and happiness sometimes ends up taking you through a tangled thicket that you get stuck in. Instead of feeling bad, backtracking and re-evaluating the point of your journey is more important than jumping right back in… lest the same mistakes occur.

Week 4 Check-in: I still have much to learn and change for success…
While I wish I could say I got a great deal of exercise and some improvement in my run game, I found other challenges I’ll have to face to prevent injury or further backsliding from my goals.
