A rabid night at work left me sleepless and craving it the next day… but I couldn’t get that sleep back and was still sluggish a day later. And yet… I’m back on track? Usually I would get lazy and give up. Perhaps I’m keeping those better habits strong.

Written by the former managing editor of Runner’s World magazine, this 25 year old book has quite a bit in it that’s STILL relevant.
